Our breath is one of the most powerful and accessible tools to support out physical and emotional health and well-being.
Energizing breathwork is a type of breathing exercise that involves taking deep, intentional breaths to increase oxygen flow throughout the body, promote relaxation, and boost energy levels.
It typically involves a series of rapid, deep inhales and exhales, followed by a period of holding the breath, and then releasing it slowly.
Your breath is a physical reflection of your mental state. The slow, rhythmic breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervus system, which reduces the heart rate and relaxes the muscles and mind.
Diaphragmatic breathing expands the lungs increasing efficacy in oxygen absorption, lowering cortisol levels, blood pressure, improving the autonomic nervous system, thereby enhancing our immune response.
Self Love activation.
Breathwork allows us to shift out of our mind and into our body. When you are able to connect to you breath, you begin to feel a deeper connection to your self. This initiates the process of self-love.
Restorative Sleep Aid.
Breathing exercises directly signals our parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body down. Enabling deep restorative sleep.
When stressed, we tend to take shallow breaths that limit the diaphragm’s full range of motion. Next time you feel stress levels rising, place one hand on your belly, and take a deep breath in through the nose for a count of four exhaling for the count of 6. Feel your body rise and fall and repeat for 1 min.
Breathwork Improves oxygen capacity in the blood which improves energy levels + stamina.

Breathwork can have a range of benefits, including increased relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and concentration, increased energy and vitality, improved respiratory function, and more.
Breathwork is generally considered safe for most people, but it’s important to approach it mindfully and with awareness of any physical or mental health conditions you may have. The teacher will assist you throw-out the class. If it’s your first time, you can let her know and she will adapt the breathing patterns to your own speed.
At the moment we have only one class every Morning 8:30 AM. We also offer private sessions if that might be better option for you.
Yes, you can book a private session with one of our teachers. For this, please let me know which date and time you would be interest on booking and we will check the availability for you. (Please remember to collect necessary details to create profile)
Cancellations or reschedule have to be done 24hs prior to the class.
We have mats and props in the studio. Bring a bottle of water and towels if you need.
For Sound Healing and Meditation classes the tolerance period is of 10 minutes.
Waiting lists will be notified of open ups one hour prior to the class.
